Mud Pies

We have finally introduced mud pies to our stores!

This is our first creation, the "After Eight" Mud Pie.
It is for those who love mint choc chip and belgium chocolate ice cream. It is also served with the "After Eight" chocolate.
We will have more coming up soon!

Customised ice cream cakes

As it is tedious for us to draw characters on the ice cream cakes, we will charge an additional $5 for such request with effect from 1 November 2008.

As our Bailey's, Guinness Choc Chip and Rum & Raisin ice cream contains real alcohol, they tend to melt faster. In this regard, the aforesaid flavours cannot be chosen to make ice cream cakes, just in case the cakes melt without careful handling. We apologise for that.

White, Milk or Dark

We are definitely chocolate lovers...the chocolate flavour ice cream we have are belgium chocolate, cookies and chocolate, banana chocolate, blackforest trifle...now we even have 70% cocoa. We use mainly Valrhona as well as Callebaut chocolate products to make our chocolate ice cream.

Just wondering what kind of mix-in goes well with milk and white chocolates...we still prefer the taste of dark chocolates =D
